I'm Meg, your friendly local birth expert 👋
I'm a mum of 3 wonderful children and I've had 3 wonderful birth experiences, the framework I used to achieve these births is exactly what I teach in these courses, which is why I know it works.

After my eldest daughter was born I felt transformed, I couldn't believe that everything I had learnt about birth wasn't common knowledge! I began shouting about it to anybody who would listen and trained to become a doula and hypnobirthing teacher. Over the past 5 years I have learnt so much more, supported countless families with my courses, sat alongside them at their births, and given birth to 2 more children. These courses are an accumulation of everything I have learnt and lived during this time, and they might just change your life too.

Whether you plan to give birth at the hospital or at home (I've done both!) these courses will guide you through everything you need to know to prep your mind and body for birth.

FAQs

How do I view the course?

You can access the course on your phone, laptop or Ipad, there is also an app created by Wix you can download upon purchase which you can work through the course on too. You could also stream the content to your TV.

Can I do hypnobirthing if I want an epidural?

The short answer is YES of course, hypnobirthing gives you the tools to choose whichever birth pathway feels best for you. However you can read about this in depth on my blog just click here.

How long do I have access for?

You have access for 365 days from the time you sign up, this has prompted some people to start whilst they are still trying to conceive! All of the content will be available to work through in your own time.

I'm close to my due date - do I have time to do the course?

You do, commit a few hours to working through upon signing up and you will be able to take in all of the information in a day/couple of days if you really wanted to. Just take breaks and refresh in the coming days

I'm not sure if hypnobirthing is for me?

I very much believe hypnobirthing is for everyone but I do understand why people have reservations. You could try out the masterclass above first for FREE to see if it peaks your interest.

Which course is for me?

The FULL course is best if you haven't done hypnobirthing or similar before, it covers SO much. However the essentials course is great if you are short on time/money, you need a refresher, or you're uninterested in learning more in depth and prefer it short & sweet.
