Doula services
As your doula I am committed to YOU, your wants and your needs. I don't answer to any authority as I work for myself meaning I can best support you free from bias or policy. I will meet you where you are at and build on my extensive training, subject knowledge and holistic beliefs to ensure you feel fully supported, held and heard throughout your pregnancy, birth and beyond.

In person I cover Hull and East Yorkshire, or up to an hour from HU13, however I also offer virtual doula services, so you can hire me from anywhere in the World. I am 5* rated and have experience of working with a wide range of clients having seen many different births, I've supported freebirths, homebirths, and hospital births. I've worked with clients who have had gestational diabetes, IVF pregnancies, preterm labour and other "high risk" factors, I believe that whatever label you have been given - you can have the birth you want and desire.

In person doula
My in person doula services cover all of Hull, East Yorkshire and further beyond if you're up to an hour outside of HU13, I am the doula for you if you are planning to freebirth at home, I no longer attend hospital births unless you decide to/require transfer in at the time of birth then of course I would come along with you. My ethos revolves around a deep trust and respect for the birthing process and the journey it takes women through, this "work" in an honour to witness and it is a true honour to be welcomed into the most gorgeous birthing teams.

The full package:
3 x 3 hour meetings antenatally which can consist of birth preparation, hypnobirthing, birth planning, previous birth debriefing, ritual and ceremony to mark pregnancy, birth or intertwined life events, bodywork and harmonics, nervous system regulation and relaxation or whatever you need at the time. I am also available to attend antenatal appointments alongside you if you ar engaging with the system.
Plus - ongoing WhatsApp support in between sessions from the moment you book

Birth attendance for as long as you need me, anytime of day
Hire of my pool
Full tidy up and clear or the birth space whilst helping you settle into postpartum life
I can handle the placenta post birth should you wish for me to create smoothies with it or assist in cord burning ceremony, placental burial or preservation

2 x 3 hour postpartum meetings which can consist of breastfeeding support, babywearing support, cloth nappy support, sitz bath preparation, meal preparation, womb massage, time to rest and recoup, a general tidy up of your home and nesting space, helping with older siblings, birth debriefing, chatting through any questions around newborns/parenting in general, signposting and anything else you might need to support you during this sacred postpartum period
hire of my newborn cloth nappies and any baby carriers are included in the price should you request them
nourishing food, herbs, tinctures and remedies will be brought to our meetings for you to use and keep

£1300 - payment plans available and personalised packages can be created at your request​

You can sign me up from as soon as you find out you're pregnant, it's never too early or too late, by popping down a £250 deposit your support will start immediately

Virtual doula package
With my virtual doula package you have my ongoing support from the moment you book me to chat through big decisions, midwife appointments, general pregnancy relaxation and much, much more. You'll also have me on the other end of the line whilst you're giving birth and be able to share in your joy, rage, excitement and tiredness in the postnatal period too.

Virtual doula service option 1 - the full package:

Ongoing support and education via WhatsApp from the minute you book until 6 weeks postpartum

3 x 2 hour antenatal meetings via zoom (one can consist of taking my hypnobirthing essentials course if you wish)

On call for your birth from 38 weeks

Virtual doula service option 2 - build your own package:
Pick and choose which parts of my virtual doula offering you need and personalise the amount of meetings and the length by building your own package based on the fee breakdown below:
Birth support - £175 (for however long you need me and via WhatsApp, video call or phone call)
Ongoing WhatsApp support from the date of booking until 6 weeks postpartum (+ admin fees) - £45 (this cannot be omitted from the package)
Each hour of meeting - £45 (this can be used antenatally and postnatally, you can have as many or as few meetings as you require and they can be as long as you need them)
You will get access to my prerecorded online hypnobirthing course 'the doula's guide to preparing for your birth' included in the price!

So for example you may with for birth support and whatsapp support, but only one hour of antenatal support to go through a birth plan, you choose whichever level of support feels right for you.
