The prepared package:
The prepared package includes 5x 2.5 hour antenatal sessions to plan and prepare for your birth and postpartum in any way you need. These sessions include a full birth education with extras including but not limited to a tailored hypnobirthing course, nervous system regulation, advocacy and decision making skills work, pregnancy relaxation, hands on comfort techniques, connecting with baby & postpartum planning, planning for or debriefing from midwife/Dr appointments.
This package includes virtual support via WhatsApp from the minute you book up until 6 weeks postpartum. Access to my digital courses, handmade gifts, homemade snacks at each appointment + 100% personalised support throughout.
Cost: £650, a £200 deposit is required to book this package with flexible payment plans available
The postpartum package:
The postpartum package includes 1x 3hr antenatal meeting to go over your birth and postpartum plan and to get to know each other. 5x 2.5 hour postpartum sessions to nourish you after your birth including healing meals and snacks, birth debriefing, support with breastfeeding and babywearing, comfort measures such as castor oil packs, hip wrapping, gentle massage, sitz bath preparation, care for baby whilst you rest plus light cleaning / tidying and a closing the bones ceremony at the end of our time together.
This package includes virtual support via WhatsApp from the minute you book up until we finish our sessions together. Access to my digital courses in pregnancy, handmade gifts, homemade meals, snacks and teas at each meeting + 100% personalised support throughout.
Cost: £950, a £250 deposit is required to book this package with flexible payment plans available
The full support package:
The full support package includes 4x 2 hour antenatal sessions to plan and prepare for your birth and postpartum in any way you need. These sessions can include birth / hypnobirthing education, birth & postpartum planning, nervous system regulation, pregnancy relaxation, connecting with baby, navigating maternity services & appointments plus more.
PLUS 4x 2.5 hour postpartum sessions to nourish you after your birth including healing meals and snacks, birth debriefing, breastfeeding and babywearing support, comfort measures such as castor oil packs, hip wrapping, gentle massage, sitz bath preparation, care for baby whilst you rest plus light cleaning and tidying.
This package includes virtual support via WhatsApp from the minute you book up until we finish our sessions together. Access to my digital courses in pregnancy, handmade gifts, homemade snacks at antenatal meetings, then homemade meals, snacks and teas at each postpartum meeting + 100% personalised support throughout.
