A doula is a birth expert who can offer emotional and physical support to birthing people, their partners and their families before, during and after labour.

FULL BIRTH PACKAGE

Antenatally:

*3 x antenatal meetings - 

*Birth plan, postnatal plan & feeding plan template & assistance

*Access to my lending library

*Ongoing support via email, phone call, text or zoom

*The option to take Hypnobirthing classes during, or alongside, our meetings

Birth:

*On call from 37 weeks until birth

*I will be alongside you during your birth wherever that may take place

*I will set up the birthing environment in accordance with your birth plan

*If you have a birth partner already, I will support them to support you alongside myself

Postnatally:

*3 x 3 hour postnatal meetings 

*A listening ear to unpack your birth experience and anything postpartum

*Access to my collection of baby wraps and carriers

We will discuss your preferences for my role postnatally during our initial meeting but it can include:

*home cooked meals and healthy snacks

*light housework

*newborn care whilst you rest / take care of yourself

*feeding support (breast or bottle)

*babywearing support

*looking after older children including school / club pick up

I offer payment plans which can be tailored to your needs!

I cover all LS postcodes and most WF and BD postcodes. May make amends if you're outside here but nearby so do enquire.

POSTNATAL PACKAGE

Antenatally:

*1 free consultation in person or via Zoom to check if I'm the right doula for you!

*A meet up or zoom meeting to discuss any specific roles or tasks you would like me to undertake postnatally and work out how I can support you best

*Postnatal plan template and assistance

*Feeding plan template and assistance

*Access to my vast library of books on pregnancy, birth and parenting

Postnatally:

*You can block book 2, 3 or 4 hour postnatal doula sessions - these can take place all within the first week or you can spread them across a few months, your choice, and you don't have to decide when to use them when you book.

As your postnatal doula I will provide:

*A listening ear to unpack your birth experience and anything else you may want to talk about alone or with your birth partner

*Access to my collection of baby wraps and carriers to use for the first 4 weeks

*Signpost where appropriate to local resources

We will discuss your preferences for my role postnatally during our initial meeting but it can include:

*home cooked meals and healthy snacks

*light housework

*newborn care whilst you rest / take care of yourself

*feeding support (breast or bottle)

*babywearing support

*gentle sleep support

*looking after older children including school / club drop off or pick up

*I also provide email, call, and text support in between sessions

Price:

Up to 10 hours - £25 an hour

10 or more hours - £20 an hour
